As part of the application process there are a few questions that we require you to answer. All questions asked are relevant to the role, as well as to our legal obligations. Before continuing with your application we ask that you read and consent to the following.

Failure to disclose any present or past physical, medical or other illness, injury or condition, suffered by you which may affect your ability to fulfil the position(s) applied for may result in:

  • being subjected to fit for work testing processes; and
  • investigations and challenges to any claims made for compensation pursuant to the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988, or other relevant laws, in respect of any further injury or illness, recurrence, exacerbation or aggravation of the injury, disease or condition.
