Application Process

Thank you for your interest in joining our community. The application process is managed through our ELMO recruitment system and involves the following steps:

  1. Online Application – Submit your resume and cover letter via this portal. You’ll receive confirmation once your application is received.

  2. Shortlisting – Our team will review all applications and contact shortlisted candidates directly.

  3. Interviews – Shortlisted candidates may be invited to one or more interviews.

  4. Pre-Employment Checks – We will request referees, qualifications, Working with Vulnerable People and police checks. 

  5. Offer of Employment – If you're successful, you’ll receive a formal offer through ELMO, along with next steps for onboarding.
